‘Getting to work closely with Imogen Cooper in London was of tremendous insight and value. The pandemic forced many concerts and events to be cancelled yet ICMT still managed to find its own way to make it happen, which made it even more special and unique. Having the chance to be guided by Imogen Cooper was amazing. Her generosity in sharing her knowledge and wonderful imagination have been truly eye-opening. Spending time together was a great way to get to the heart of the works by Mozart we focused on, and sharing those moments has certainly helped me nourish and strengthen my whole vision of music, as well as realize the scope of its impact through crafted sounds. Playing and working on the music itself was certainly invigorating, but I must add that sharing thoughts about life and ideas with such a wonderful artist during the journey contributed in making the whole experience truly inspiring and beautiful. This scheme is a unique opportunity given to young artists and I feel privileged to be part of it. Thank you.’
